K. Talmage Lewis, DO

Dr. K. Talmage Lewis earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and then graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lewis completed an internship and residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital before joining Hatfield Family Medicine in 2001. He is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Examiners, and is a member of both the American Association of Family Practitioners and the AOA.
